Bryant Out Against Buffalo

Buccaneers WR Antonio Bryant (knee) will not play against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. Bryant did not travel with the team to Buffalo. The Bucs also put rookie CB E.J. Biggers on injured reserve, and signed S Steve Cargile. Taking Bryant's snaps will be Sammie Stroughter, Maurice Stovall, and Brian Clark.
The Buccaneers will be without starting wide receiver Antonio Bryant on Sunday when they take on the Buffalo Bills. Bryant has dealt with knee pain during and after the first game of the season against the Dallas Cowboys. He missed all of the four preseason games after having minor knee surgery. Bryant did not travel with the team to Buffalo.

Taking Bryant's snaps against the Bills will be rookie wide receiver Sammie Stroughter, Maurice Stovall, and Brian Clark.

Tampa Bay made two roster moves on Saturday. Rookie cornerback E.J. Biggers was put on injured reserve. Biggers was dealing with a shoulder injury. Taking his place on the roster is safety Steve Cargile. On Sep. 5th Cargile was released from the Buccaneers. He was signed on August 19th, and came into the NFL as an undrafted free agent. Cargile has been with four other NFL organizations: the Denver Broncos, Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, and New York Giants.
