PewterReport.com is reporting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have re-signed linebacker Matt McCoy, whom they released late last week in order to promote wide receiver Mario Urrutia to their 53-man roster.

In order to make room for McCoy Monday, the Bucs released Urrutia and re-signed him to their practice squad.
