The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will clash with the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 5 of the 2009 regular season. What happened the last time these two teams met? How did the Eagles fare last week? Pewter Report has a preview of Sunday's Bucs-Eagles game.

LAST WEEK:
The Philadelphia Eagles had a bye week last week.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost on the road to the Washington Redskins last Sunday, 16-13. The Bucs defense notched four turnovers, including three picks by CB Aqib Talib, but it wasn't enough to down the 'Skins as QB Jason Campbell threw two touchdown passes. Bucs K Mike Nugent missed two field goals as well.

THE LAST TIME THESE TEAMS MET: The Bucs and Eagles last met during the 2006 regular season. Tampa Bay defeated Philly in that contest at Raymond James Stadium, 23-21.

BUCS-EAGLES SERIES:
The Bucs are 5-5 all-time in the regular season vs. the Eagles. Tampa Bay is 3-3 all-time on the road vs. Philadelphia in the regular season. The Bucs have won three straight games vs. the Eagles dating back to their win in the NFC Championship Game in 2003.
