The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will clash with the Carolina Panthers in Week 6 of the 2009 regular season. What happened the last time these two teams met? How did the Panthers fare last week? Pewter Report has a preview of Sunday's Bucs-Panthers game.

The Carolina Panthers came from behind to defeat the Washington Redskins last Sunday, 20-17.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost on the road to the Philadelphia Eagles last Sunday, 33-14.

THE LAST TIME THESE TEAMS MET: The Bucs and Panthers last met in December of 2008. Tampa Bay traveled to Carolina to take on the Panthers on Monday Night Football. Carolina downed Tampa Bay in that contest, 38-23.

The Bucs are 7-10 all-time in the regular season vs. the Panthers. Tampa Bay is 3-5 all-time at home vs. Carolina in the regular season.
