Tanard Jackson, who is coming off a four-game suspension from violating the league's substance abuse policy, gets the start over Will Allen at free safety for the Buccaneers today at Philadelphia in Sunday's game against the Eagles.

Defensive end Gaines Adams (ankle), wide receiver Antonio Bryant (knee) and cornerback Torrie Cox (ankle) were all listed as questionable on the injure report, but have been cleared to play.

The following Buccaneers are inactive for the Tampa Bay-Philadelphia game:

RB Earnest Graham 

QB Byron Leftwich (emergency QB)

DE Kyle Moore

DL Dre Moore

C Jeff Faine

OT Demar Dotson

FG Marc Dile

SS Corey Lynch
