The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will clash with the Green Bay Packers in Week 9 of the 2009 regular season. What happened the last time these two teams met? How did the Packers fare last week? Pewter Report has a preview of Sunday's Bucs-Packers game.

LAST SEASON
: The Green Bay Packers hosted former quarterback Brett Favre and the Minnesota Vikings last Sunday. Favre threw four touchdown passes en route to Minnesota's 38-26 win over Green Bay.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had a bye week last week.

THE LAST TIME THESE TEAMS MET: The Bucs and Packers last met during the 2008 regular season. Tampa Bay hosted the contest, which was played on Sept. 28, and sent Green Bay back to Wisconsin with a 30-21 loss.

BUCS-PACKERS SERIES: The Bucs 20-29-1 all-time vs. the Green Bay Packers in the regular season. Tampa Bay has compiled a 13-12-1 record vs. the Packers, their former NFC Central division rival, at home.
