Bates Not Out At Beginning of Practice

Recently demoted defensive coordinator Jim Bates was not out at the beginning of practice on Tuesday. Buccaneers head coach Raheem Morris is taking over as the Bucs defensive play-caller, and will lead the Bucs scheming on defense. Morris is scheduled to speak to the media later this afternoon.
