Tuesday during his radio show heard on 1010 CBS Sports Radio, running back Earnest Graham gave high praise to rookie quarterback Josh Freeman.

Graham, 29, started off the season at running back, but because of a season-ending injury to starting fullback B.J. Askew, he took on the role of fullback. The sixth-year pro believes that as Freeman continues to grow as a player, the offense will keep improving.

"I think in my mind I can have a 100-yard receiving game from the fullback position," Graham said. "I think when Josh [Freeman] gets more comfortable we can really put it together. We have a lot of guys that can make plays."

Graham spoke about Freeman's progression as a quarterback this season and what he can bring to this offense in the future.

"I think before the end of the season Josh [Freeman] is going to have a monster game," said Graham. "He is calling the plays faster and our game tempo has definitely improved. He has the guys to make the plays, and it's just a matter of time until he figures out where people will be and improves his timing to get into a flow offensively. It's imperative that we find an identity offensively before the offseason. He is calling the plays faster and our game tempo has definitely improved."

During the show, Graham also talked about his offensive coordinator, Greg Olson.

"We believe in him as a play caller," said Graham. "I like Greg Olson. We can put up some serious numbers with him as the offensive coordinator. I think the pound the rock and the 2-2-1 running back rotation feel has changed. We are throwing the ball around a lot. I think we have confidence in our quarterback and we are trying to lean on Josh [Freeman] because he needs to develop his skills during the big time situations."
