The Tampa Bay Buccaneers made a pair of roster moves Wednesday, claiming wide receiver Mark Bradley off waivers from the Kansas City Chiefs and releasing cornerback Brandon Anderson.
Bradley, 27, originally entered the NFL as a second-round draft pick out of Oklahoma with the Chicago Bears in 2005. He played with Chicago from 2005-08 before joining Kansas City in 2008. The Chiefs reportedly waived Bradley after he dropped two passes in the team's loss to Cleveland on Sunday.
The 6-foot-1, 201-pound Bradley has caught 92 career passes for 1,263 yards (13.5 avg.) and nine touchdowns during his six-year career in the NFL. He had 24 catches for 320 yards (13.3 avg.) and two touchdowns in six starts for the Chiefs before the team waived him earlier this week.
Anderson was promoted from Tampa Bay's practice squad to the team's active roster on Nov. 30. It's possible the Bucs will sign Anderson to their practice squad if he claims waivers since the team has one spot open on its eight-man practice squad.
