The Buccaneers claimed safety De'von Hall off waivers from the Colts and signed fullback Juhuu Caulcrick to the team's eight-man practice squad Tuesday. Hall originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent and has played for Minnesota and Indianapolis.
When Tampa Bay placed defensive end Jimmy Wilkerson and running back Earnest Graham on injured reserve Monday the team created two vacancies on its 53-man roster.

One of those spots was filled when the Bucs promoted rookie tight end Ryan Purvis from the practice squad to the active roster. On Tuesday, the Bucs filled the final open spot on their 53-man roster, claiming safety De'von Hall off waivers from the Indianapolis Colts.

In addition, the Bucs signed first-year fullback Juhuu Caulcrick to their eight-man practice squad Tuesday. The 6-foot, 255-pound Caulcrick played collegiately at Michigan State and spent his rookie season with the New York Jets.

Hall (6-3, 212) originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Minnesota Vikings. The former Utah State standout spent the majority of his rookie campaign in Indianapolis, though. He spent time on Indianapolis' practice squad, but was promoted to the active roster on Nov. 21. He played in one game with one tackle on defense and two special teams takedowns before being waived Monday.
