PewterReport.com's Take:Tampa Bay embarked on a youth movement when it fired head coach Jon Gruden and general manager Bruce Allen and replaced them with Morris and Mark Dominik, respectively, in 2009. Sure, the Bucs still are rebuilding, but it's also no secret that Tampa Bay's ownership has faced financial challenges due to Manchester United and other businesses, including the Bucs in a struggling economy. There is no salary cap, so the use of the term "overpaid" for a player has changed. Some players might have been overpaid in free agency, but the fact of the matter is the Bucs haven't signed a single free agent, and the team will be hard pressed to improve on its 3-13 record from last year if the Bucs rely solely on this year's draft class. As Henderson wrote in his column, it's hard to believe, but the Bucs might actually be worse at this point.
