PewterReport.com's Take: Bryant fell short of expectations in Tampa Bay last season, but when healthy he flashed the ability that made the team's franchise player after the 2008 season. The Bucs decided not to re-sign Bryant and are lacking a number one receiver for quarterback Josh Freeman. The Buccaneers are going to have to try and find that receiver in the draft or in a trade because there aren't any top receivers that are still free agents.
