Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive tackle Warren Sapp had misdemeanor battery charges against him dropped. The charges stemmed from an alleged incident at Super Bowl XLIV. After the charges were initially made Sapp was dropped from NFL Network and “Inside the NFL”. It is unclear if Sapp will be returning to NFL Network and “Inside the NFL” now that his legal issues have been resolved.

PewterReport.com’s Take- Sapp has been a quality analyst since his excellent playing career ended. Apparently the legal system has cleared him of any crime, so it would be disappointing if Sapp were not brought back to NFL Network and “Inside the NFL.”
