PewterReport.com first reported earlier this week that the Bucs had mutually parted ways with director of pro personnel Doug Williams. Dominik has started the process of finding Williams' replacement. A rumored candidate for the position is George Kokinis. Dominik would not comment on Kokinis' status as a candidate for the Bucs' director of pro personnel.

Kokinis was the general manager of the Cleveland Browns for less than one year after serving as the Baltimore Ravens director of pro personnel for six seasons. Kokinis and Browns head coach Eric Mangini reportedly quickly became disenchanted with each other as Cleveland endured a losing season. Halfway through the season when the Browns were 1-7 Kokinis was dismissed. Kokinis has 18 years of experience in the NFL. He was with the Ravens for 13 of those years.

There have been a few other front office staff members that have left the organization since the 2010 NFL Draft. College scout Frank Dorazio parted ways with the Buccaneers after nine years with the organization. Dorazio was in charge of scouting the Northeast region of the country. Dorazio did a lot of the vetting of Syracuse wide receiver Mike Williams prior to the Bucs' selection of Williams in the fourth round of the 2010 NFL Draft. 

To replace Dorazio the Bucs moved former pro scout Justin Sheridan to scout college talent in the Northeast of the country. Sheridan is entering his fifth season with the Buccaneers.

College personnel assistant Richard Mann II has left Tampa Bay and was hired by the Washington Redskins. Mann II is the son of former Bucs wide receivers coach Richard Mann. Former Buccaneers general manager, and current Redskins general manager, Bruce Allen worked with Mann during the 2007 and 2008 seasons with the Bucs.

Tampa Bay is also negotiating contracts with members of their scouting staff and front office. Thus more changes could occur leading up to the 2010 season beyond the team replacing Williams and Green.
