Hovan Signs With Rams

Former Buccaneers defensive tackle Chris Hovan has signed a one-year contract with the St. Louis Rams. Hovan played for Tampa Bay from 2005-2009. After the Bucs drafted defensive tackles Gerald McCoy and Brian Price the team released Hovan. Last season Hovan started all 16 games.
