The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are scheduled to have four organized team activities (OTAs) this week at One Buccaneer Place, but head coach Raheem Morris, general manager Mark Dominik and their players have two more scheduled events to end the week. On Friday, June 18, the Bucs will be holding their annual Chalk Talk With The Buccaneers events with the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce.
Morris, Dominik and other Buccaneers, including first-round pick Gerald McCoy, will head to St. Petersburg for a Chalk Talk With the Buccaneers breakfast from 7:45 – 9:30 a.m. at the St. Petersburg Marriott Clearwater. Participants can ask questions directly to Morris, Dominik and McCoy. Registration for this event for Chamber members is $25. St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce Members can register here.
After breakfast, Morris, Dominik, McCoy and dozens of other Bucs will leave Pinellas County and head back to Hillsborough County for a Chalk Talk With the Buccaneers luncheon from 11:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Downtown. The luncheon costs $50 for Chamber members and $75 for non-Chamber members and will feature the same format of Morris, Dominik and McCoy answering questions from those in attendance. Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce members can register here.
Both Chamber events are sponsored by the Buccaneers, as part of the team’s community relations outreach in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties.
The Chalk Talk With The Buccaneers events precede the team’s annual FanFest, which will take place on Saturday, June 19 from 4:30 – 9:00 p.m. at Raymond James Stadium. FanFest is free and open to all fans and is a chance to meet Bucs players, coaches and cheerleaders, tour the stadium and the Bucs’ pirate ship.
