For a second straight practice, Bucs middle linebacker Barrett Ruud declined to talk to the media. Of course the question the Bucs beat writers like yours truly want to know is what does Ruud think about Donald Penn's new deal after saying giving his "full support" to Penn on Friday. Ruud, who is a restricted free agent and surely wants a contract extension too undoubtedly knows the media would like to get his take on Penn's extension and does not want to talk about it.
