Just one day after claiming former Cleveland and Philadelphia tight end Martin Rucker, the Buccaneers waived him due to a failed physical.

With one open roster spot, Tampa Bay signed running back Carlos Brown, who spent time with New Orleans after entering the NFL on April 24, 2010 as an undrafted free agent from Michigan.
