The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had all of their players participating fully in practice on Thursday. Tight end Kellen Winslow (knee), wide receiver Maurice Stovall (back), linebacker Niko Koutouvides (ankle) and defensive end Kyle Moore (shoulder) were all unrestricted in practice. Moore and Koutouvides had been limited on Wednesday.
The Cincinnati Bengals released the following injury report. Defensive end Jonathan Fanene (hamstring), safety Roy Williams (knee), and wide receiver Jordan Shipley (concussion) did not participate in practice for the second consecutive day. Limited in practice were linebacker Dhani Jones (hamstring) and cornerback Jonathan Joseph (forearm). Halfback Bernard Scott (hamstring) was full participation on Thursday after being limited on Wednesday. On Thursday defensive tackle Pat Sims (knee) was added to the injury report and was limited in practice.
