According to the St. Petersburg Times, Bucs employee Jay Kaiser was arrested and accused of DUI early on Wednesday. Kaiser is the personal assistant to Buccaneers head coach Raheem Morris. Kaiser refused to participate in a breath analysis test and is reported to have been arrested near the intersection of Osborne Avenue and Dale Mabry.
Kaiser came to work for Tampa Bay in 2009 from Kansas State University. Morris and Kaiser worked together at Kansas State in 2006 while Morris was the team's defensive coordinator.
Kaiser is the second Bucs front office staff member to be arrested on suspicion of DUI this offseason. Previously coordinator of pro scouting Shelton Quarles had a DUI arrest. Cornerback Aqib Talib has also been arrested with felony charges this offseason.
