Leo Durocher said it while coaching the brooklyn Dodgers.... " Nice guys, finish last" Raheem has to get tough & nasty if he stays withe the Buc's

Unbelievable! You two guys are Morris' apologists! You are too close to the situation and you are obviously are wearing Raheem colored glasses. Scott, on one hand you say that Morris would not be able to get a defensive coordinator job anywhere else, but then you want to see how he would do with a veteran led team during a fourth year as the head coach? That does not make any sense. You say how this team has no veterans. What about Faine, Winslow, Trueblood, Joseph, Graham, Barber, Black, and Hayes? This team has veterans. You are only saying that because the whole team is playing so bad. Ask yourself...why is that? What is the one constant? The head coach! He has to go! This is a results based business and the results suck. You only talk about wins and losses but don't talk about how the defense could be the worst in franchise history. Morris is supposed to be the defensive mind and they are dead last in the league. The crappy record does not help Morris' case, but it is the way they are losing that is so damning. Penalties, turnovers, missed assignments, bone head plays...this team is just as bad as the expansion Bucs, if not worse. When you say no one would come here and no coach can win here, I disagree. Bad coaching will make everyone look bad...and right now, everyone looks bad and you say this team has no talent. You guys need to make up your mind. At the beginning of the year, you were not saying that this team had no talent. Bad coaching get you blown out every game. If the Bucs hire a hard nose coach (say a Tom Coughlin if he is fired in NY- hell, anybody would be an upgrade over the pushover we have right now...is Leeman Bennett still around?), I guarantee you they will not be making these stupid mistakes this late in the season and they will be competitive, if not winning. Then you will have to eat crow.

do you really want to stick with the status quo? are you 2 serious? they"re not stepping up because they don't trust the coaches or the system. with all due respect, I do not agree with your opinions.

he's lost the locker room. if you owned the bucs would you bring him back? the team doesn't trust the system or coaches, would you bring him back? this team has enough talent to compete. i'm not asking for wins, just compete. you're smoking crack laced with H if you think this staff will be back next year. i'm also tired of hearing, "it's not fair!" to Coach Morris. Since when has the NFL been fair?
