The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed former Green Bay Packers linebacker Jermaine Taylor Friday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Taylor, who entered the NFL in 2004 as an undrafted free agent, started all four years at Bridgewater (Va.) College.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed former Green Bay Packers linebacker Jermaine Taylor Friday.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The 5-foot-10, 215-pound Taylor entered the NFL in 2004 as an undrafted free agent with the Packers. He was released on Sept. 6.

Taylor started all four seasons at Bridgewater (Va.) College, a NCAA Div. III school, and was named Old Dominion Atlantic Conference Player of the Year in 2002 and Co-Player of the Year in 2003.

During his senior season, Taylor notched a school-record 148 tackles, five sacks, four forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries and one interception.
