The Buccaneers and Raiders announced the inactive players for today's match-up at O.co Coliseum in Oakland, set to kickoff at 4:05 Eastern. The Bucs have also announced Jeremy Zuttah will slide over to left guard in place of the injured Carl Nicks (IR) and Ted Larsen will start today's contest at center.
