The Buccaneers and Chargers announced the inactive players for today's game, set to kick off at 1p.m. from Raymond James Stadium. WR Arrelious Benn was held out of practices this week with a shoulder injury and was S Cody Grimm who suffered a hamstring injury. Rookie wideout Chris Owusu is active for the first time this season.
