The Buccaneers and Panthers announced their inactive players for the second matchup between the division rivals this season, set to kick off at 1 p.m. Sunday from Bank Of America Stadium. RG Jamon Meredith injured his ankle earlier in the week during practice and was listed as questionable to play on Friday's final injury report. Meredith will start at right guard and Adam Hayward will start at strongside linebacker in place of Quincy Black, who was placed on IR Tuesday.
