I'd say we've seen the end of Lewis, and A Benn. I.R. again, and have never lived up to their draft status. Same with Sheridan, this head coach will move to get better this off season, whether it's up grading the roster, or coaching staff.

Honestly, WTF had Lewis done in his 28 games that Mcdonald had not done better in just his 8 games played!?!?! And apparently the coaching staff just caught up to this thinking and were flabbergasted at our redundant secondary collapses?!?! Give me a break...Mcdonald was a solid player for us since week 1 this year...way more solid than Lewis. And I'm sorry but it's more than just a coincidence at this point when Sheridan's first stint as a D-coordinator produced the same results that the Buc's D has this year...LAST in the league in pass defense. That's why the Giants sent him packing...you can't blitz EVERY SINGLE DOWN and hope your 3 to 4 guys you leave out on islands in the backfield can get it done. Utterly Ridiculous. If this defensive roster consisted of the players from the 49'ners roster, he'd be on fire...but at this point the only fire should be the one under his coaching seat.

I agree with the Bill Sheridan being on the hot seat. I also know there is a Mr. Monte Kiffin available. Heard he was a pretty good defensive coach, legend has it he helped in a big way win that"Superbowl". Maybe the Bucs should take a look at bringing Monte Back? If not coordinator then some other role, he's got a couple years left in the tank. I don't see Butch Davis hanging around after this year so let him fill Butch's roll.
