The 2013 Pewter Report Draft Party will be held on Friday, April 26 at The Grille At Westchase (formerly Courtside Grille) and is open to all Pewter Report members. Bucs QB Josh Freeman will be the featured guest, and there will be great prizes as well as free appetizers and drink specials for those in attendance.
Pewter Report is proud to announce the plans for its 2013 Draft Party beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, April 26. This year’s Pewter Report Draft Party will be held at The Grille At Westchase (formerly Courtside Grille, which is the same location as the last Pewter Report Get2Gether) at 13234 Race Track Road near Westchase on the SECOND DAY of the draft and will feature a very special guest – Buccaneers quarterback Josh Freeman.

This Get2Gether will be open to ALL PewterReport.com users and their guests, but space is limited, so reservations are required. Click here to RSVP on the message board so we can reserve your spot!

The Grille will provide free appetizers and soft drinks to all guests in attendance as well as other food and drink specials throughout the night.

Bucs QB Josh Freeman will be answering your Bucs questions, signing autographs and promoting his Josh Freeman ProCamps football camp, which will take place on June 11-12 at Wesley Chapel High School in Wesley Chapel, Fla.

In addition to Freeman, the Pewter Report staff, featuring publisher Scott Reynolds, editor-in-chief Mark Cook and director of business operations Kim Roper, will be on hand to meet with subscribers and ask trivia questions between each draft pick.

Holding the Pewter Report Draft Party on Day 2 of the NFL Draft allows Bucs fans to go to Raymond James Stadium for the first-round draft pick on Thursday night at the team's official draft party and head over to The Grille at Westchase for the second- and third-round picks on Friday night, where the Pewter Report staff will be on hand to discuss the Bucs’ first-round pick and preview what’s to come for Tampa Bay in rounds 2-7.

Like Pewter Report's previous Get2Gether held earlier this year, there will be a plenty of great prize giveaways (including two tickets to a preseason game in the Pewter Report luxury suite and autographed photos from Freeman among other prizes). Each PewterReport.com Pewter Insider will be registered to win, but you have to be present to win. The drawing will take place after the second round of the draft. The first 25 Pewter Insiders in attendance will also receive a complimentary bottle of wine from Pewter Report and Keel and Curley Winery (must be 21 or older, and must show proper ID).

There is limited seating for this event – which will be capped at 100 Bucs fans. Attendance will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here to reserve your spot to watch Day 2 of the NFL Draft with Pewter Report and Freeman!

IF I WAS THE GM AND THE COACH I WOULD DO THIS IN ALL ROUNDS. THEY HAVE A BOARD OVERALL. A SECOND BOARD ON EACH ROUND A TOP 20 PLAYERS BY EACH ROUND AND A GRADE ON EACH PLAYER. THIS IS HOW I WOULD DRAFT. AND SELECT THE BEST PLAYER OR PLAYERS AVAILABLE. LETS SAY THEIR IS A rD-1 OR rD-2 IN rD-3.I WOULD SELECT THE RD-1 PLAYER ETC. MONEY SHOULDNOT BE THE PROBLEM THE TALENT ON AND OFF THE FIELD. REMEMBER THESE PLAYERS ARE GROWN MEN AND THEY HAVE TO ACT ACCORDLING. THAT HOW I WOULD DRAFT. PERIOD-GO BUCS

I have always admired Mark Dominik as a General Manager and I don't believe for a minute that he is seriously proposing the trade for Revis that the media is in a "frenzie"over. I also believe that Dominik is the source of the rumors just to strenghten his position with the Jets. In the end, the trade never happens and Dominik justifies the "no-deal" as being too expensive. The rumored money for Revis ($15 million per year) can be spent elsewhere and Revis as a BUC does not guatantee anything!!! I will be glad when this draft is over with and we can get on with the 2013 season!!!

I agree. Much more than the #13 pick is too steep of a price, especially when there are few / no other known trade partners. Take a top corner in the draft and keep the extra picks. Use the cap space to sign another decent vet FA, and our secondary will be fine.

    Don't worry, it's not happening.

Now its being reported that the Bucs are caving on the 13th pick to the Jets and the Jets still want more? Dear Mr. Dominick, Please tell the Jets to walk the plank. The Bucs will just have to live without Revis, keep their draft picks, spend $15 to $16M on other areas of the team and move on.

Great. The day of my Daughter Wedding. Super.

If Dominik caves in to the Jets and gives up our 2013 1st pick there will be no party at Ray J. Let's have a party at the Grille on Thursday so we can complain about the trade.
