Bucs To Host Treasure Chests 5K Run/Walk

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will host the team’s inaugural “Treasure Chests 5K Run/Walk” tomorrow, Sunday, October 13 before the Buccaneers kick off against the Philadelphia Eagles at Raymond James Stadium. More than 1,300 participants are expected for the event, which aims to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research. The race also coincides with the Buccaneers' involvement in the NFL-wide Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which will be celebrated throughout Sunday afternoon’s game at Raymond James Stadium. More than 1,300 participants in the Buccaneers inaugural “Treasure Chests 5K Run/Walk”

Race start and finish at Tom McEwen Boulevard south of Raymond James Stadium

TIME:   
Media encouraged to arrive by 7:30 a.m.
Race begins at 8:00 a.m.
Awards ceremony set for approximately 9:30 a.m.
