Buccaneers Host Panthers To Kick Off 2014 Season
The NFL released the full schedule for all 32 teams on Wednesday and Tampa Bay will open to the season on September 7 at home against Carolina. The Bucs will also travel to Atlanta in a nationally-televised game on CBS in Week 3. The Bucs close out the regular season with two straight home games against Green Bay and New Orleans.

2014 Bucs Preseason Schedule: Smith Era Begins In Jacksonville
The NFL announced the preseason schedule on Wednesday and Tampa Bay will open the Lovie Smith era on the road at Jacksonville. Smith and the Bucs first home game will be Week 2 against the Dolphins. Tampa Bay will also travel to Buffalo before closing out the exhibition season at home hosting the Redskins.
   
Jackson Embraces Smith's "Win Now" Message To Buccaneers
Tampa Bay WR and team captain Vincent Jackson might get fewer catches in Jeff Tedford's new system, which will spread the ball around more on offense, but he's more interested in winning than individual statistics. The Buccaneers signed former Texas A&M fullback Jorvorskie Lane on Tuesday, then shortly after signed former Jet Josh Baker. Williams Will Have Charges Dropped Upon Program Completion
Bucs wide receiver Mike Williams will have a misdemeanor trespass and criminal mischief charge dropped upon completion of an intervention program. Hillsborough Circuit Judge Margaret Courtney agreed to allow Williams to enter the program last Thursday.
