The Buccaneers practiced Thursday afternoon as they continue to prepare for their Sunday showdown with Carolina Panthers. Guard Jamon Meredith is questionable for Sunday's game and head coach Greg Schiano said the Bucs are hoping for the best but ready to move forward.

The Buccaneers were back on the practice field Wednesday as they continue preparing for their Sunday matchup with Carolina in Charlotte. Head coach Greg Schiano spoke to the media following the afternoon practice and discussed a number of subjects including how the team will adapt without Quincy Black in the lineup, the play of specials teams and the health of the offensive line.

The Buccaneers announced on Tuesday that linebacker Quincy Black, who was injured during Sunday's Chargers game, will be lost for the season. Black joins Davin Joseph, Adrian Clayborn and Carl Nicks on injured reserve.

Buccaneers head coach Greg Schiano spoke with the media Monday afternoon at One Buc Place and gave a update on LB Quincy Black, who was carted off the field Sunday against the Chargers after tackling RB Ryan Mathews.

In the Bucs' 34-24 win over the Chargers, Tampa Bay accomplished many of the keys needed to claim victory over San Diego, either throughout the whole game or by making adjustments.

The Buccaneers won their third in a row on Sunday defeating the Chargers 34-24 at Raymond James Stadium. After the game head coach Greg Schiano talked about the win, the play of the secondary and the Quincy Black injury.
