Bucs Restructure White's Deal
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers recently signed defensive end Greg White to a new, three-year contract. White, 29, recorded eight sacks last season and already has 2.5 quarterback takedowns in 2008.
Bucs Release TE Troupe
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers released tight end Ben Troupe on Wednesday. The Bucs released Troupe in order to clear a roster spot for TE Jerramy Stevens, who has finished serving a two-game suspension. The Bucs also made two practice squad moves on Wednesday.
Galloway Likely Out, Clayton To Start
Bucs WR Joey Galloway (ankle) could miss Sunday's game. Antonio Bryant would start in Galloway's place, which would allow Michael Clayton to start at flanker. Bucs CB Aqib Talib (hamstring) was limited in practice and CB Elbert Mack has been suspended for one game, which means the team could lean on S Tanard Jackson.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Joey Galloway revealed on Thursday that he was unable to walk on his injured foot on Monday. Galloway will not practice today and likely will miss Sunday's game in Chicago.

Bucs Stun Bears With 27-24 Victory In OT
UPDATED: The Buccaneers defeated the Chicago Bears in overtime on Sunday, 27-24. Bucs QB Brian Griese completed 38-of-67 passes for 407 yards and tossed two TDs and three INTs while engineering the fourth quarter comeback. The Bucs are 2-1 on the season and will host the Green Bay Packers next Sunday.

Griese In Running For NFL FedEx Air Player Of The Week
Buccaneers quarterback Brian Griese was nominated for the FedEx NFL Air Player of the Week. The award will be chosen between Griese and quarterbacks Jason Campbell and Philip Rivers after voting concludes on Friday morning. The winner is announced Friday evening.
Bucs Lose CB Hamilton To Bears
Tampa Bay Buccaneers CB Marcus Hamilton was claimed off of waivers by the Chicago Bears on Tuesday. Hamilton was promoted from the Bucs practice squad last week due to CB Aqib Talib's hamstring injury and CB Elbert Mack's suspension.
Bennett Could Be Active This Week

Tragedy Strikes Bryant Family
