Bucs Hold Gatorade Junior Training Camp For Special Olympians
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had some special visitors on Wednesday morning. The team welcomed 70 Special Olympians from the Tampa Bay area for the annual Gatorade Junior Training Camp. Several Bucs players and general manager Mark Dominik coached the Special Olympians after the morning practice.

Morris Updates Injuries, Calls Out Winslow
Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Raheem Morris updated the team's injuries after practice on Thursday. C Jeff Faine is out until next week with a groin and WR Michael Clayton is designated week-to-week with his hamstring injury. Morris also called out tight end Kellen Winslow for controlling his emotions.
Morris Discusses Injuries, QB Play
The Bucs held a physical practice at One Buc Place Friday. Several players missed the workout, and a few others sustained minor injuries, including DL Greg Peterson, T Jeremy Trueblood and RB Clifton Smith. In other news, Bucs QBs Josh Freeman and Josh Johnson saw more playing time Friday.

Bucs Sign WR Urrutia, Release RB Vaughan
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers made two roster moves Friday, signing former Louisville WR Mario Urrutia and releasing rookie RB Josh Vaughan. The 6-foot-6, 232-pound Urrutia scored a 70-yard touchdown in his first practice as a Buc.

Tampa Bay quarterback Luke McCown will start the team’s first preseason game of the year vs. the Tennessee Titans on Aug. 15. However, the quarterback competition between McCown and Byron Leftwich still is too close to call. Leftwich will start Tampa Bay’s second exhibition game vs. Jacksonville.
2009 Buccaneers Cheerleaders Calendars Are Now On Sale
The 2009 Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleaders Calendar is now available for sale at One Buccaneer Place during training camp. The hot, new 16-month calendar is just $15. The calendars will be on sale later at Buccaneers.com, but advanced sales are occuring during practices at the team headquarters.
McCown, Graham Listed As Starters On First Official Depth Chart
UPDATED: The Tampa Bay Buccaneers released their first official depth chart on Monday and Luke McCown was listed as the first-team quarterback. The team has said that McCown will start the first preseason game this Saturday at Tennessee. Joining McCown in the starting lineup is running back Earnest Graham.
Morris Not A Fan Of Twitter Craze
Tweet this ... 32-year old Buccaneers head coach Raheem Morris isn't a big fan of the new generation next Internet craze – Twitter. Morris said he doesn't have a Twitter policy for his team, but doesn't understand the Twitter phenomenon and certainly isn't taking part in it.
Bryant Out For Preseason
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Bryant will be out for the four preseason games. Bryant is going to have his knee scoped to repair minor damage. Bucs head coach Raheem Morris also touched on the decision to start QB Luke McCown against the Titans, and QB Byron Leftwich against the Jaguars.
