Morris Not Ready To Decide On Starting Quarterback ... Yet
Bucs head coach Raheem Morris didn't announce his starting quarterback Friday, but suggested he and the team were close to making a decision on their Week 1 starting signal caller, which will either be Byron Leftwich or Luke McCown.

Bucs Release WR Jackson
Tampa Bay released wide receiver Dexter Jackson Monday in order to trim its roster down to the NFL-mandated number of 75. A 2008 second-round pick, Jackson played in seven games for the Bucs and was sidelined in preseason with an ankle injury.
