If you’re not one of the fans fortunate enough to be traveling to Seattle to watch Tampa Bay play its first game of the 2007 regular season on Sept. 9, the 2007 Tampa Tailgate Kickoff to a Cure might be the next best place for you.

Hundreds of Bucs fans will gather in the West Club Level of Raymond James Stadium on Sunday, Sept. 9 to watch the Bucs take on the Seahawks while helping to raise awareness and money for a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.

The event, which is presented by Bright House Networks and sponsored by 13 Ugly Men, has Bucs kicker Matt Bryant and his wife Melissa as honorary co-chairs.

The event will begin at 3:00 p.m. with a pre-game Pep Rally hosted by retired NFL greats from around the Bay Area. The Bucs-Seahawks game kicks off at 4:15 p.m.

During the Bucs-Seahawks game, fans will enjoy an indoor tailgate gourmet featuring a variety of signature dishes from local restaurants and caterers, and beverages provided by Pepin Distributing, Republic National Distributing Company and Coca-Cola.

The event will also feature several 4×4 Off Road Trucks and will give fans the opportunity to bid on silent auction prizes, featuring sports memorabilia and getaways.

The 2007 Tailgate Kickoff to a Cure event costs just $60 per person.
