The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced ticket prices for their 2008 home games at Raymond James Stadium on Friday.
The general ticket prices for Bucs home games will be $99, $89, $85, $75, $65, $55, $50 and $42, representing a price increase of anywhere between $5 and $23 per ticket.
Despite the price increase, the Buccaneers stated in a press release that their ticket prices are less expensive than most in the National Football League.
"We feel that Buccaneers tickets offer our fans a great experience for good value," said Jason Layton, who serves as the Bucs director of ticketing and sales. "Our most expensive general seat is less expensive than 15 other teams in the NFL"
The Bucs also announced that they would not require a new seat deposit from season ticket holders whose 10-year contracts with the team expired after the 2007 season.
In addition, season ticket holders will continue to receive a five percent refund of their original seat deposit(s), and the season ticket holders whose contracts expired at the end of the '07 season will be required to sign a new three-year agreement.
