BUCS HEAD COACH JON GRUDEN ON THE TEAM'S 30-21 WIN OVER GREEN BAY"Our team has shown a lot of grit coming from behind in the fourth quarter to win against two very difficult teams. There are plenty of things we can talk about and clean up, but at the end of the day to beat the Green Bay Packers at home is a huge win for us."

GRUDEN ON KICKER MATT BRYANT PLAYING AND MAKING THREE FIELD GOALS AFTER HIS SON DIED ON WEDNESDAY
"I can't say enough about Matt Bryant and what he's been through and what he did today. I think we all need to kind of just sit back and put ourselves in his shoes and recognize what a great performance he did under the circumstances."

GRUDEN ON HOW BRYANT WAS RECOGNIZED FOR HIS PERFORMANCE
"We gave him the game ball. There's not a lot to say. It's been a very difficult week for our team, and obviously for Matt. All I can say is God bless him and we're praying for him. Everybody out there, thanks for your support. It's been unbelievable."

GRUDEN ON WHAT BRYANT SAID AFTER RECEIVING THE GAME BALL
"He's a man of very few words. Always has been and always will be. This was very important for him to play today. I think he needed to play and needed football today. Boy, did he deliver for us."

GRUDEN ON THE DEFENSE FORCING FOUR TURNOVERS
"We needed everybody. Let's be honest. They took the opening kickoff and moved the ball for what appeared to be easily for a score. But I thought our defense played tremendously after that. Then there was a third-and-17 and they got a touchdown out of that. We give away the ball and it's an unbelievable turn of events. It was a third-and-18 touchdown for Green Bay. Then an interception and another interception down in the red zone. Charles Woodson, I've always liked him until today. That was a big play. We were down 21-20. We ran the ball effectively. I really have to tip my hat to the team. Our defense did a great job down the stretch."

GRUDEN ON QB BRIAN GRIESE'S THREE INTERCEPTIONS AND SIX OVER THE PAST TWO GAMES
"Green Bay is good. Anybody who is going to throw against Green Bay is going to struggle. I thought the first interception at the start of the second half, we had a great drive. We took the opening drive and moved down the field. It was a tight play. The ball was tipped and intercepted. There's not a whole lot I can say about that play. The second one, Nick Collins made an unbelievable play. We had a receiver open, a tight end on a corner route. I don't think Brian Griese has seen in his career a middle safety break like Collins did in that particular instance. I'm not making any excuses. The third-and-3 where Woodson undercut us, that was in part a great play, but we've got to take care of the football, period. We've thrown six interceptions in two games. As good as Brian has played at times, those are six plays he's got to eliminate and he knows that."

GRUDEN ON THE PERFORMANCE OF LB DERRICK BROOKS
"Unbelievable. We had a long discussion this week with Derrick. We know he's been working with and through a tough injury. What he played like today is the Derrick Brooks that everybody recognizes. He made sideline-to-sidline, and he caused a few turnovers in my opinion, but there's a lot of strength left in Derrick Brooks. We need him here in the final 12 weeks."

GRUDEN ON RB EARNEST GRAHAM
"I hope somebody recognizes, maybe one of these fancy cable channels, recognizes that we have one hell of a back here. I know they have all of these other backs they have to cover, but this guy has had 100 yards in almost every game he's played in here, period. Maybe somebody will step up to the plate and recognize that he is a big-time back. He makes some explosive runs and I just hope Earnest Graham gets the respect he deserves. He's very overshadowed, in my opinion."

GRUDEN ON IF HE SAW WHAT HE WANTED TO OUT OF ROOKIE RETURN MAN DEXTER JACKSON
"He sure did [do well]. It's going to happen. Everybody these days is about as patient as I am, which is not very. Everybody wants the return and they want Devin Hester tonight. It's going to happen for the young man. He's going to have some tough snaps and he's going to have a learning process. The guy played at Appalachian State last year and this is his first year in the National Football League. He's probably in awe of some of the things he's seeing. He did make some big plays and set the table for us a couple of times today."

BUCS K MATT BRYANT ON IF HE CONSIDERED NOT PLAYING ON SUNDAY AFTER HIS SON TRYSON DIED ON WEDNESDAY
"Did it cross my mind? Yeah, but I wanted honor Tryson's name. I didn't think it was very fair for his life to end so short. This is the best way I could get out and honor him. I miss him and I wish he was here. He was here with me and helped out."

BRYANT ON WHY HE PLAYED
"Today was [Tryson's] day. It was all about him for me. I talked with him throughout the game. I just wanted to remind him that he's my baby boy and he's with me all of the time."

BRYANT ON HOW THE TEAM SUPPORTED HIM ON SUNDAY
"The kickoff went out of bounds [late in the fourth quarter], but they made sure to come out and tell me they had my back. They said they'd take care of me. I would have hated to have those guys fighting and make that field goal just to have that screwed up kickoff. They bailed me out and I appreciate that."

BRYANT ON THE GAME BALL THAT WAS GIVEN TO HIM AND THE SUPPORT HE'S RECEIVED THROUGH THE ORDEAL
"I appreciate it. I want to thank the Glazers. They helped out tremendously with my transition from here to Texas and back from Texas to Tampa for the game. All the fans – we received a ton of letters and e-mails. Some of the players' wives helped. Our team chaplain and Josh Bidwell and Josh's wife were great. I'm probably going to forget people. Coach Gruden – anybody that has anything to do with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization and the fans – it helped out tremendously just being there for me, my wife and our family. They made it as easy as they could to get through this."

BRYANT ON IF SUNDAY'S GAME WAS THE MOST DIFFICULT GAME HE'S EVER KICKED IN
"I can't think of any other game being close to this. The hardest part for me was to stay focused on field goals. I didn't want to have a bad game today. I wanted this to be a place to lift Tryson up and put him in the spotlight. Obviously, my kickoffs were out of whack. I was so drained and tired to do that stuff, but I tried my best. It wasn't that great, but we got the win."

BUCS QB BRIAN GRIESE ON HIS THREE INTERCEPTIONS
"I threw the ball and thought I had a completion, but Charles Woodson made a great play on it. I give him credit. There was another ball I tried to get to Jerramy Stevens, but it just wasn't good recognition by me and he made the play on it. I just can't make those mistakes. I have to eliminate those things for us to continue to win. Thankfully, we have been able to win the past two weeks, but I've got to fix that."

GRIESE ON WHAT IT SAYS THAT THE BUCS HAVE WON TWO STRAIGHT GAMES DESPITE HAVIGN SEVEN TURNOVERS
"I think it says we have a good football team. I just want to find out how good we are if we don't turn the football over. That's what I want to find out."

GRIESE ON THE DEFENSE'S PERFORMANCE
"They've gotten turnovers as well. I think that's been the key to us winning the past two weeks. They're playing great football and pressing the issue and forcing offenses to turn the ball over. It's really made a huge difference."

GRIESE ON PLAYING AGAINST HIS FORMER TEAM, THE BRONCOS, NEXT SUNDAY
"I haven't even thought about Denver to be honest with you. I haven't been back, but I'm looking forward to it. I know they have a great team. I'm not sure what happened today, but I'm looking forward to going back. I have a lot of good friends there. I went to Chicago last week and now I'm going back to Denver. I guess it's a revenge story, hopefully."

BUCS LB DERRICK BROOKS ON THE BIG PLAYS THE DEFENSE MADE AGAINST GREEN BAY
"Again I just try to be as humble as I can. I'm just thankful to be in position to make the play. I felt probably the best I've felt for a few weeks with the hamstring. Today I was as close to 100 percent as possible. Thank God it showed and we are able to make some plays. Any time the defense scores, we have a goal we are trying to get to. So hopefully we'll keep it going."

BROOKS ON BEING HOT VS. GREEN BAY
"I would like to have a few of those dropped passes for picks. Again I pray that I can get a little bit more towards 100 percent next week. We're on the road in Denver and we will need a big effort. Today is a testament to this team to find a way to win in the fourth quarter. In all phases of the game, or who, we were able to come up with big plays and to me that is a sign of a good football team."

BUCS S JERMAINE PHILLIPS ON HIS FUMBLE RECOVERY AND TOUCHDOWN
"It was laying right there. We were in zone coverage and I think they ran a bounce play or something like that. Brooks made a good hit."

PHILLIPS ON K MATT BRYANT
"I can't imagine what he's going through and how he feels. Everything that has happened and for him to show up. In football that is the image of the game to us. We are a brotherhood with every guy in the locker room, and to see your brother go through something like that, we show him some love and keep him in our prayers."

BUCS RB WARRICK DUNN ON BRYANT
"I think that he can feel the love and respect that we have for him. I think he has down a great job of overcoming it, and he has shown some true, true character. I commend him for that."

BUCS RB EARNEST GRAHAM ON HIS 47-YARD TD RUN
"The offensive line did a great job. They overplayed it a little bit, and the offensive line provided a cut back lane for me. There wasn't even much a tackle to try and break. I didn't really get touched on the play. I take my hat off to the offensive line for giving me a chance to do something."

GRAHAM ON PRODUCING AFTER BEING A BACKUP
"I was allowed to grow. A lot of people say ‘oh you should have put him in a long time ago.' But really I was allowed to grow. I think I've been in the offense longer than anybody here. I was brought in and I played all over the place. I'm comfortable in the organization. They've allowed me to just blossom as a player. That is a big deal for a player to get that."

BUCS TE ALEX SMITH ON CONNECTING WITH GRIESE
"The first one the touchdown he was able to find me," said Smith. "The second one he did a good job of scrambling and trying to keep the play alive. I just tried to get in his face, and he made the play."

SMITH ON HIS TOUCHDOWN CATCH
"It was just a bootleg play. We installed it this week. We tried to sell the run as well as we could. I got out the backside and he was able to find me. The defense lineman tried to trip me up but I was able to keep my feet."

BUCS RETURN SPECIALIST DEXTER JACKSON ON HAVING SOME GOOD RETURNS AFTER A FEW FRUSTRATING GAMES
"It felt real good. Special teams did a real good job. They believed me and we just made some things happen today."

JACKSON ON ALMOST GETTING A TD ON HIS KICKOFF TO START THE SECOND HALF
"Actually I felt my slowing down for the kicker, just helped them recover. For the most part the play went pretty well for us."
