Saints QB Drew Brees threw two touchdowns and two interceptions. Although it wasn't their best game of the year, the win was good enough to keep the Saints undefeated.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were handed a 25-23 loss to the Dolphins in Miami last Sunday. Bucs kicker Connor Barth was 3-of-3 on field goal attempts. Bucs QB Josh Freeman threw a touchdown to WR Maurice Stovall and RB Cadillac Williams rushed for another score. Tampa Bay's defense surrendered 299 yards rushing to Miami's offense.
THE LAST TIME THESE TEAMS MET: The Bucs and Saints last met during the 2008 regular season. Tampa Bay avenged its Week 1 loss to New Orleans by defeating the Saints 23-20 on Nov. 30.
