Tampa Bay head coach Jon Gruden rewarded his team for its 16-3 preseason win over the New York Jets by announcing Saturday that Sunday morning’s practice, which was penciled in as “To Be Announced,” has been cancelled.
The Bucs will resume practice at Disney’s Wide World of Sports complex in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. on Sunday afternoon, which is when they’re scheduled to hold a workout from 2:30 to 4:45 p.m. ET.
Tampa Bay is entering the final week of training camp. The Bucs have eight scheduled practices remaining. The team will hold two-a-day practices on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday followed by a practice on Thursday morning, which will be the final workout in the Orlando area.
Once they break camp, the Bucs are scheduled to move into their new training facility, which is located across the street from Raymond James Stadium.
Tampa Bay will play its second preseason game at home against the Miami Dolphins at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 19.
