The Tampa Bay Buccaneers made their second and final wave of roster cuts Saturday, trimming their roster from 75 to 53 players.
The Bucs released 21 players, including linebacker Marquis Cooper, guard Toniu Fonoti, wide receiver Chas Gessner and defensive tackles Jon Bradley and Anthony Bryant.
In addition to those roster moves, the Bucs placed offensive tackle Torrin Tucker on injured reserve.
