Coen bad situational play caller. His playoff game was brutal. There were multiple situations he was calling the same exact same play in the exact situation as he did Week 1. Did he not think they watched the film and had the tendencies? Then of course the jet sweep in a critical situation after it went for -6 the week before.
Bowles was ranked the 14th best head coach. For in game I think it's fair. I would bump him up a little bit more because of culture and how much the players respect him.
White is horrible.
Tucker has elite traits, film and stats.
#3 in yards per carry but #10 in rush attempts is bad. Coen's pass calls were out of control. Baker isn't that guy. That's why he led the league in interceptions and fumbles despite #1 pass block efficiency.
You missed the defense being average and playing more than well enough to win in multiple losses but the offense choked in many many many 4th qtrs.

McCown was benched pre-game in Atlanta. Gruden said it was because of a bad redzone period. McCown says it was because of a contract dispute. The team proceeded to go 1-15 in the next 16 games with Griese, Garcia, Leftwich, Johnson and rookie Freeman. Damn nearly 20 years later and people can't just say "you know what, maybe McCown should have gotten a fair shot here".
I'm neutral on Trask. I'm curious to see what he would look like in a real game though. We should all be.

Best thing for the offense and for the team is they both get about 250 carries for around 1,300 rushing yards. Similar to 2008 Panthers. Williams and Stewart combined for 457 carries, 2,351 yards and 28 rushing TDs. Panthers went 12-4 with an average defense and really bad QB play. If we can get that production from the running game with good QB play and an above average defense we're talking 13, 14, 15 wins.
