Notables: In addition to his signing bonus, Williams is due a $1.517 million roster bonus upon making the 53-man roster this year. The 2010 part of his contract, which is a voidable year, will likely be bought out by the Bucs in 2006, which is when Williams is scheduled to receive $5 million of the $7.9 million signing bonus.
