Cases would not be going up like this if the lockdowns were followed in all states. I have seen a higher testing rate per capita in Europe but cases now are at a trickle in many countries. The difference is that the lockdowns were followed more strictly in those countries than in some states. The numbers have gone down in the Northeast USA because they took it more seriously.
How do you define who is high risk, and how do you protect them? What about the children under 5 who died from the virus without any known vulnerabilities? Make all of those people stay home while you go wherever you want? That’s the type of attitude I am talking about, and why the NFL season is in jeopardy.
