People say mask laws take away their rights. Please tell me which right is being taken away by a mask law?

The Bill of Rights addresses the majority of citizens’ rights. The first amendment covers the freedom of religion, press and expression and specifically prohibits Congress from making any rulings to the contrary.
It’s pretty sad this has to be asked and answered. It’s definitely an indictment on the Department of Education as a whole and whatever schools you’ve attended specifically.
With that said, there are caveats for public health and safety. But in general, the government cannot force you wear something you don’t want to wear. It’s freedom of expression.
