I disagree, rookie running backs impact teams every year. Just look at last years crop. Taylor, Robinson, CEH, Dobbins. In 2019 Jacobs, Montgomery, Sanders. In 2018, Barkley, Lindsey, Chubb, Michel. An average of 4 backs per year averaging 1000 yards. Some above some just below. But that to me is impact.
