Gruden had a huge advantage in 2002 because the division was a lot easier. Those NFC Central games were HELL and it made up half the schedule.
Both coaches took over great situations. Bucs were still good after the Super Bowl, had we gotten the QB situation resolved they could have won another one in 05 or 08
