Bucs missed a big opportunity with FA WR’s in 2016 and it would be a mistake to do the same for 2017. Bucs don’t need to add 1,000 WR opposite of Evans when they have Brate, Huff, Shepard, Martino, and Humprhies on the roster. They just need a competent #2 WR. Free agency is littered with #2 WR’s so it would be the best move to sign a WR in FA and to draft a WR.

Which is why a guy like Woods would be a great pick-up. He would come on the cheap side compared to Pryor, and would bring the type of production the Bucs need out of a #2 WR.
