Philly failed, I have been extremely active in this predraft process, and when they picked I said......who?
I think they really wanted Cooks and the Saints stole em. They were able to move back and pick up an extra 3rd round pick though, and take a DE that many folks have been saying belongs in the 1st round. I think it's too early to say they failed. A 3rd in this draft could be a great starter and Marcus Smith could end up being a stud.
They might have lucked out missing on cooks. He is small downstairs...if the saints think they got another sproles they are wrong imo...little twig legs
