Evans. He’ll have more opportunities, a better QB (that’s pretty sad) and I think he is the better receiver anyways.However, I think Brandin Cooks will have the best rookie season for a WR and win OROY. Kid is a stud and a perfect fit for the Saints, unfortunately.
