Typically when you look at most QBs, most not all so don’t go find that one dude, have a QB Rating that is within the margin of variation for their career. You have some injured guys and then the Eli Manning type that has no consistently in his career but that big jump for most QBs happens from rookie year to year 2. The improvements from 2 to 3 and further on a much much smaller. It is why the evaluation of a rookie year and after that is much much different. The myth is it takes 5 years for QBs to get good and be who they are. They simply isn’t historically true.
