I am by far a Glennoninte. In fact, I'm quite confident he's not the answer. The thing is, I'm not sold on either Mariotta or Winston either. I don't think either of them are franchise QB's. Build the trenches this offseason. Get a QB next year. Whether they draft one of those 2 (Mariotta or Winston), or not, this team will still struggle to win 4 games under Smith. A top QB option will be available next year with possibly better candidates.
Sorry, I wasn't clear. By better candidates, I was referring to coaches not players. That's my bad. Though, to answer the question based on coaches, I'd have to say... any one of them on the planet not named Lovie Smith or have been in Tampa recently is a good place to start.
